SIMPLY INSPIRATION: Anna Campbell Romantic Garden

Oh Anna Campbell how your dresses are so stunningly beautiful. Makes me start to wonder why Nic ever left Australia. But the good news is these dresses made in Australia are coming to Ivory + Beau March 13th-15th. To shop the collection you can schedule an appointment here! Anyway, this lovely lacy dress with its sexy silhouette and low back is so perfect for a romantic boho garden wedding with a touch of glam.

SIMPLY BORROWED: Joy + Max

When the amazingly talented Laura Fulmer asked to borrow a dress, we of course said YES! We love her here at Ivory and Beau, and we are SO so so so excited to show images of her recent shoot! Real life couple Joy + Max are perfect for this vintage shoot, complete with a VW Beetle + floral crown. Joy looks amazing in her two dresses; the long one is Cascade by Sarah Seven, and the mini lace one is Raquel by Faith Thornburg (both of which we have in our shop to try on!)

{STYLED SHOOT} Bohemian Fondue

Sometimes you have styled shoots + you have unruly misbehaving models... this was a good example of one. Our flower girl model would not stop eating our food (meant as props).... But really. She was trying to eat an entire loaf of bread... she ate all the strawberries + she kept eating the pineapple too... Good thing she is super ridiculously adorable so it kind of made up for it. This bohemian fondue shoot was our very first shoot we did featuring our bridal gowns from our boutique + it was such a blast!!!! Teresa of Memories n More photographed our faux bride wearing a Sarah Seven and a Rebecca Schoneveld gown with accessories by Hushed CommotionSara Jane Boutique lent us the adorable dress, furry vest + headpiece. The Creative Porcupine designed the fondue menus for the shoot + they were super adorable!!! Beyond Beautiful by Heather did the hair + makeup of the model who was also her sister!!! Doesn't she look like a goddess or a fairy!?!? Adrienna + I crafted the teepee (which now sits in the corner of our shop!) This shoot was also just featured on The Lovely Find so make sure you go on over to check out the feature there!!! Thank you to all the awesome vendors who were apart of this shoot!!

SIMPLY BRIDAL: Bohemian Style

Today we are so excited to be participating in our first styled shoot with Teresa of Memories n More! I first met Teresa through previous owner, Layla, and have had the pleasure of doing a few weddings with her! Heather of Beyond Beautiful is going to be doing hair and makeup for her gorgeous sister + my friend's little 2 year old girl! Also, we are collaborating with The Creative Porcupine, who is designing menus + other fun printables!! I am so excited to have Amanda helping us with some stuff... we went to the same Making Things Happen Conference but I'm not sure if we officially met, but in the past few weeks I've kept noticing her amazing designs on Facebook and thought hmmm, maybe I should ask her if she'd be interested in collaborating with Adrienna and I and boy was I excited when she was excited to be apart of our vision!!!! So thank you Amanda! You are amazing for doing this all so last minute!!! Adrienna + I have had so much fun curating all the pieces for our bohemian modern shoot. I have been daydreaming of doing a shoot with a boho flair since well... since I became obsessed with wedding blogs in general. So I am so excited for this! And even more so because this shoot is going to be the first ever to feature dresses that will be for sale in Ivory + Beau!!!!!! Follow us on Instagram at @ivoryandbeau for sneak peaks of these beautiful gowns!! We chose 2 of our favorites that fit the theme from 2 of our designers we will sell. So for today's blog post I thought it would be fitting to post some boho bride inspiration. Enjoy the pretties!!

{Inspiration Board} Bohemian

This week I keep seeing awesome stuff on Pinterest for Bohemian wedding themes so that inspired me for the board I made for Layla! I even added in a picture from one of her shoots that I was in (can you spot it-hint there is pomegranate)! Hope everyone had a great holiday and it feels good to be back into the blog world after taking a break while away on vacation!
