I recently had the pleasure of receiving a relaxing massage from Charles Dane of Savannah Massage. Charles is very knowledgeable and educational about what he does and how your body works. He personalizes your massage on what you need. Since I spend a lot of time at the computer he showed me the proper way to sit to help with posture, plus gave me stretching exercises to alleviate tension in my shoulders.
