The Savannah Area Council of Garden Clubs,Inc. Botanical Garden in Savannah, Georgia is a 10 acre garden open daylight hours year-round. No admission. The SACGC,Inc. Botanical Garden is maintained through volunteer efforts thanks to the Savannah area garden clubs, Costal Master Gardeners, the Rosarians, the Camellia Society and the Boy Scouts.
The 1839 farmhouse was originally located on what was the Rheinhard farm near the present-day Savannah historic district.It was moved to Helmken St. in 1946. It was purchased in the early 1990's and moved to its present location by the SACGC,Inc. It serves as offices and meeting rooms for the council.
Both the garden and historic Reinhard house are available for weddings, receptions, meetings or other special events. They are limited by space however, to smaller groups.

Direction from downtown Savannah take Abercorn St. south to Eisenhower Dr. , turn left and go approx. 3/4 mile. Or from I-95 take 204 north (Abercorn St.) to Eisenhower Dr. (approx. 10 miles) turn right and go approx. 3/4 mile.
